Panda Academy
​
Panda Academy provides after school care for K-5 students. Students receive homework help and academic tutoring in both English and Chinese Mandarin. Students are introduced to Chinese traditions and history, as well as participate in Chinese culture activities such as calligraphy, art, cooking, etc.
Special interests classes include Art, Computer Science, and Chinese instruments such as PiPa and GuZheng.

History
Established in 2019.
Panda Academy is a Heritage School recognized by the State of California. The school was established to provide K-5 students a safe, relaxed, and multicultural environment to finish homework after school. Students are also encouraged to learn more about Chinese culture and history, as well as Mandarin.
Our Founder

Ms. Melody graduated from University of California, Irvine with degrees in Sociology and Education. She has over 10 years of experience working with grade school students. Her teaching style emphasizes on learning about each students' interests and goals; then motivates them accordingly to strive in school.
After working in both public and private elementary schools, Ms. Melody notices a general lack of environments for students to do homework and extend their learning after school.
In 2019, she opened Panda Academy, where students can finish homework in a relaxed and helping environment.
